Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 48 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim a refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the 48hr delivery window starts. In the case of Courier, product cancellation is not possible if the product is dispatched and Personalised Products once placed cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation shall be initiated after a formal order cancellation request is received at info@kashihandicrafts.com

Refunds shall be made under the following conditions:

The order was cancelled within the aforementioned timeframe.

The order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipients).

A refund can only be requested in case of service failure; our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by the customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by the customer.

Please make a video while opening the consignment/parcel. If there is any damage and missing item send us the full video at info@kashihandicrafts.com from Start to End without any Pause, Cut, Copy or Paste. No complaints related to the Return of Product will be entertained without Parcel Opening Video shared within 30 minutes of delivery.

1-     Do not receive/open any consignment/parcel if there is any rattling sound while shaking the packet.

2-     Any discounted, reward or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.

3-     Any extra amount credited to Kashi Handicrafts account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.

4-     In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund, Kashi Handicrafts shall have the deciding hand.

Kashi Handicrafts may amend its Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
